Reinforcing Genioo’s purpose and performance with a new CHRO, CFO, and non-executive Director
As Genioo moves forward from its 10-year anniversary with ambitious plans for growth, it further strengthens its leadership and direction with a new CHRO, CFO, and addition to its non-executive Board of Directors.
Paul Carr, based in New York, joins as a non-executive Director. The combination of his consulting experience (Boston Consulting Group), strategic leadership (AMEX, GM International Insurance business), and most importantly his successful scaling of two similar innovative professional services businesses at Axiom and ThirdBridge, offers a huge opportunity for Genioo. Paul brings a solid 25-year track record working both sides of the table as a consultant and client. And his familiarity with Genioo’s business model and relentless drive to simplify and focus give him the unique ability to ask the right questions and get to the root cause to help propel Genioo’s growth trajectory and goals for category creation.
Gérald Heritier joins as CHRO, based out of the Zug office, to evolve the organizational design and employee experience. With 20+ years’ experience as a global HR Executive in Medical Equipment Manufacturing and FMCG, Gérald’s deep understanding of organizational change management, sourcing and developing talent and high performing teams, and excellence in cross-cultural skill development, offers a perfect fit with Genioo’s cultural diversity, global presence, and broader business agenda.
New CFO, Sandra Erismann, based in the Zug office, joins from AVA Women (acquired by FemTech), a company focused on advancing women’s reproductive health through AI and clinical research. She brings with her 20+ years’ experience spanning audit in EY to Group CFO of several international SMEs across a breadth of industries including E-Commerce, Medical Devices, Tech, and Loyalty and Consumer Products. She likens her strategic finance role to a sparring partner, positively challenging leadership to successfully implement new business models, drive transformation and growth, and champion innovation and digitilization. Recognized for her strong business acumen and getting things done, Sandra will partner across the business and empower Genioo’s team to deliver against its growth strategy.
