She is passionate about advancing automation and the use of AI agents across Genioo’s operations, while strengthening how Finance, Operations, and Human Resources support and collaborate with the business.
Recognized for her strong business acumen and ability to get things done, Sandra works across the business to empower Genioo’s teams to deliver efficiently on its growth strategy.
Previous Experience
Sandra brings with her 20+ years’ experience spanning audit in EY to Group CFO/Head HR of several international SMEs. She has worked across a breadth of industries including E-Commerce, Medical Devices, Tech, and Loyalty and Consumer Products.
Prior to joining Genioo, she was CFO at AVA Women (acquired by FemTech), a company focused on advancing women’s reproductive health through AI and clinical research.

Sandra holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a Swiss Certified Accountant Diploma.
