Our Talent Acquisition (TA) team works to provide a smooth hiring process and provide candidates with a clear understanding of their role expectations and Genioo’s purpose and culture.
All resumes and CVs (we don’t require cover letters), are reviewed carefully by a member of our TA team, not an automated program.

Round 1- Explore
Recruiting Interview
If your qualifications are a match, we will contact you to arrange a video interview. This will be your chance to learn more about Genioo’s work and culture and discuss your fit for the role. Based on seniority of the position, Round 1 may include a 2nd video interview.

Round 2 - Discover
Hiring Manager / Hiring Team Interview
If you advance to our second round, you will have a video interview with the hiring manager. You will learn more about the expectations of the role and highlight your most transferable experience and competencies. Based on the seniority of the role, this round may include a 2nd video interview with another member of the hiring team.

Round 3 - Experience
On-site Case Interview
Candidates advancing to Round 3, the in-person interviews, will be given a role-specific case study to present on site. You will be briefed on the case study in advance, and you’ll be able to ask questions about the exercise. The in-person interview usually takes half a day and includes lunch with Genioo team members, a cultural-add interview, and presentation of your case study. Depending on the level of the position, we may include an executive interview.
The on-site interview is an opportunity for candidates to experience what life is like at Genioo, and to help us determine mutual fit.
Reference Check / Offer & Onboarding
Be prepared to provide us with three references, including former managers and team members. Selected candidates will receive a verbal offer followed by a written offer. Once we receive your signed offer letter, we’ll begin your onboarding process, which includes in-depth training, an onboarding buddy, etc.

We do our best to respond to every application we receive within 2 weeks of submission. If you have not heard from us after two weeks, please contact recruiting@genioo.com and we would be happy to provide an update.
In addition to assessing your transferable experience and competencies for the specific role, we look for people who represent our purpose and align with our values.

Genioo embraces a hybrid work environment and therefore we do not offer an 100% remote option. As one of our unique employee perks, all employees may choose to work remotely from any location in the world for up to four weeks of the year.
We want to be mindful of your time and availability, therefore the first two rounds of our interview process are done virtually. Candidates who progress to Round Three will be invited to one of our offices for an in-person interview. The in-person interview is designed to be an immersive experience into the Genioo culture.
