As Head of Talent Acquisition at Genioo, Sarah is responsible for managing the hiring strategy and process for all internal hires. Additionally she is involved in training, employer branding, and attracting a diverse pool of talent to Genioo.
Sarah is a strategic business partner to Genioo and prides herself on providing an exceptional candidate experience for key hires. She has conducted thousands of interviews and takes great satisfaction in connecting people to new opportunities and roles where they are challenged, energized and doing the best work of their life!

Prior to Genioo, Sarah held leadership roles in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Operations of Professional Services and Management Consulting firms.

Sarah has an MBA in Management and Organizational Behavior from New York University’s Stern School of Business in New York, NY.
Interests
Outside of work you’ll likely find Sarah cooking, skiing or chatting with her two grown children. She and her husband live in Rhode Island, the smallest state in the US, but her favorite place is New York City.
