In his role as President, Kreg has global responsibility for building the infrastructure to take Genioo to the next level of growth and uncompromised client service. Based out of our New York office, he will directly lead our expansion in the US.
His breadth of capability in transformation, client service, business building, and technology enablement will accelerate and expand Genioo’s offerings in all service areas. And with his reputation for people-first leadership and culture, he will ensure that Genioo’s purpose, culture, and values remain central to the company as it continues to grow.
Previous Experience
A seasoned leader in strategy, transformation, and business building, Kreg joined Genioo as President in January 2024. He brings with him an impressive track record in scaling businesses and service capabilities from his 25+ years in consulting and professional services.
He brings deep transformation capabilities from his time as a consulting partner at McKinsey and as an executive leader for transformation at Hewett-Packard, where he was a client of consulting services. Most recently he was the COO at Riveron consulting, a national advisory firm specializing in accounting, finance, and operations, where he professionalized and accelerated organizational growth to $320m annual revenue and 700+ employees.
Education
Kreg holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the University of Chicago, an MSc in Management Information Systems from the London School of Economics, and is a Bachelor of General Studies which he gained from the University of Michigan.
Interests
Kreg has a passion for new technology and when he’s not deep in digital and data, he enjoys cycling and yoga and spending quality time with his family.
