As the Head of Services & Product, Kathrin is responsible for coordinating the company’s strategic roadmap and the planning and execution of key initiatives within Genioo. In her product development role, Kathrin is dedicated to designing service offerings for the company that help clients realize their vision through successful projects — from project design to execution.
Previous experience
Kathrin joined Genioo in 2013 and has served in a number of different roles in the company. Starting off as an operations associate, Kathrin helped set up Genioo’s Sales Operations and eventually moved into a product development role in 2019 and has led the company’s PMO office since 2016.

Education
Kathrin holds a BSc and MSc degree in Business Administration from the University of Bern with a focus in information systems.

Interests
Kathrin enjoys skiing in winter and hiking in summer, swinging by a SoulCycle studio – and, at the end of a long day or on weekends, preparing and enjoying a great meal with friends and family.
