The Top Team Alignment programme has been designed by Genioo for key executives on the corporate or on a functional level in order to prepare and align them for a change.

Change can come from a new strategy, from a strategy update or from a larger transformation. It's a well engineered, I would even say a scientific approach in order to achieve the deadline.

The top team align programme always starts with the with the end in mind. So at the end, we the last week we do a 2-3 days off site, but can be remote, but also can be in person with the leadership team.

And before that we have a couple of different interventions, right? There are interviews, there's a survey, there's also some special session in order to educate the people and bring them all on the same page.

And at the end basically we have a clear plan and a full aligned team. And the most important element probably is that everybody in your team can explain to their teams the strategy.

The hard wiring component is it's basically you get a tangible plan with milestones, accountabilities, prioritise initiative. So everybody in your team knows exactly what to do, when to do it, with whom to do it of the day after the programme.
