SITUATION

  • Pharmaceutical company sought support for the set-up of a well-knit transformation program that could deliver the targeted results required (including a more cost-efficient supply chain function, while keeping customer service levels high and preparing for future operating models and a dynamically changing product mix)

SOLUTION

  • Designed governance, roles and responsibilities for transformation structure and set-up and modus operandi
  • Defined clear goals based on company history and benchmarks in combination with ambitious goals
  • ​​​Reviewed and improved project charters for key projects and work-streams, as well as overall project time-plans and milestones
  • Estimated effort and showed gaps/staffing needs including capabilities and capacity
  • Developed robust kick-off document with strongly defined mission and vision and key elements of value proposition
