A change of scenery creates the chance to reconnect — not just with colleagues, but with ideas, perspectives and a shared sense of purpose.
That's what Europe Reconnect was about. After months apart following the pandemic, our team from across Europe came together in the Swiss Alps to reconnect, reflect and explore how we wanted to work together in the future. Away from the day-to-day, conversations changed, ideas flowed more freely, and shared experiences built stronger relationships.
It's a philosophy that shapes the way we work with our clients too. Create the right environment, bring the right people together, and better conversations become possible.
