The success plan is something we developed for ambitious executives or people who want to achieve something amazing in their life. We have seen that you can be very ambitious and you can might have big goals but you might not have a plan on how to succeed.

So the success plan was invented to get guide people through a series of steps on how to being able to articulate what do they really want to achieve and why.

The first thing we do is we actually help people to sell themselves on their own vision. Because when people start to see their vision in front of them and they start to see that on paper, they start to believe in it even more than when it's in their heads.

And codifying the vision in a place that they can show it to themselves and show it to their teams, etcetera. And that has a lot of advantages for people because they really feel uncomfortable, they know how to talk about it, and most importantly, they want it.

The success planning helps you really to break down all the elements between you and your future. So we help the client to identify what will be all the obstacles that will be on the way between division and today.

Obstacles is the very reason why things fail. We're also very good at identifying the assets. So what speaks for you, what you have at your disposal, what are the things you should really maximise, etcetera.

And the final thing that we look at is what are your strengths? What should you really use and overuse because that's going to help you to get to your vision.

And we do that in a series of three guided advisory sessions where senior partners become effectively the success team of an executive and help the executive to write down that vision, write down his obstacles, then write down a plan.

When the plan exists. What we do is we help the executive to get started because getting started is the most difficult.
