Paul is a Senior Project Manager at Genioo within the company’s delivery practice. He has nearly 10 years of experience in management consulting with a strong focus on the Life Sciences and Telecommunications industries.
Paul delivers small and large-scale transformation programs across the end-to-end value chain, leveraging his experience in operating model design, cost-optimization, ERP project management, and digital transformation, alongside his expertise in TechOps functions such as Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
