Pasha is a Vice President at Genioo within the Client Services function, working in close partnership with clients to design and execute complex global transformations and value-creation initiatives.
Pasha has more than 20 years of experience in management consulting and industry, driving board- and executive-level strategy and transformation programs in life sciences, private equity and financial services.
Pasha is passionate about tackling complex challenges, while driving transparency, clarity and actions that improve the bottom line.
Previous experience
Prior to joining Genioo, Pasha ran FactSet’s advisory and research business unit where he advised global financial institutions on growth strategies. He drove board-level growth initiatives in corporate strategy at Lloyds Banking Group and previously worked at McKinsey & Company, SAP Ariba and Accenture.

Pasha holds a B.A. in Business & Economics from Brown University and an INSEAD MBA, where he graduated with distinction.
