Chris Franck

Chris is responsible for the Client Services function in the U.S. His focus is expanding Genioo’s global client base and bringing Genioo’s transformation support services to a broader set of companies. 

Chris has more than 30 years of strategy and M&A consulting experience in the life sciences industry. He has expertise in the areas of post-merger integration, day one planning, integration planning, and synergy capture. In addition to his transaction and integration experience, Chris works with clients to evolve their post-merger commercial strategies Chris’s career clients include many of the top 20 biopharmaceutical manufacturers.

Previous experience

Prior to joining Genioo, Chris was a Partner in Deloitte Consulting’s Life Sciences and Health Care practice based in New York and Parsippany, NJ. Chris was also a founding Principal of Archstone Consulting, acquired by The Hackett Group in 2009.


Chris holds a BA in economics from Yale University, a MPH in health policy and management from Columbia University, and a MBA in finance and health care management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Other positions

Chris has held numerous not-for-profit board positions including the Wharton Health Care Management Alumni Association, the Health Care Management Alumni Fund of the University of Pennsylvania, the Friends of Bassett Healthcare Network, and Hyde Hall Inc, a National Historic Landmark near Cooperstown, NY.  Chris is a member of the Yale Alumni Schools Committee of NJ Northeast and has interviewed high school applicants to Yale College for more than 15 years.


In addition to aspirations as a future tennis and golf pro, Chris is an expert at the college admissions process with two successful matriculations in two years!
